A risk, compliance and third-party risk management professional with a BSc in Psychology seeking progression into a leadership role, with an interest in global opportunities.
Challenges
Their original CV undersold the scale, complexity and impact of their responsibilities. Achievements lacked measurable outcomes, and the document structure did not convey a leadership narrative strong enough to attract senior-level or international attention.
My Approach
I restructured the CV to emphasise strategic ownership, governance influence and the measurable outcomes of their work. Key metrics were introduced to demonstrate impact, and the tone and visual branding were elevated to senior-leadership standard. Core themes were repositioned to highlight global compliance understanding, collaboration and risk-reduction achievements.
Outcome & Testimony
The client secured interviews in both the fintech and banking sectors and although, UAE wasn’t their first relocation choice, it was motivating to subsequently be headhunted by a Dubai-based organisation for an international role.
